I will, I will, I will write this and move straight into stenoing chapter 28 rather than fannying around all day like I did yesterday. In part, I am driven by the fact a friend is coming over for lunch and the likelihood of my writing a chapter in the evening is extremely slim.
Today’s chapter, which I’ve only just fully registered will be one of the last to reflect my 20s, is going to be about my motorbike, which I bought in around 2004, a gold (officially a pistachio gold) T-reg/1999 Yamaha Fazer, the first vehicle I ever bought (my first car was a present, my subsequent two were bought off my parents, so that kind of doesn’t feel as grown up).
It’s now later and I did as planned, to my enormous surprise. The photo is from my post-chapter walk for coffee. It’s not an exemplary photograph.
