Day 29. Writing chapters 34 AND 35 of 40 Patches

Fuelled, possibly, by half a bag of “Sour Squirms” (sour sugar-coated jelly sweets) and stenoing while still on a squirm-high (novices; they say four sweets is one serving.  As if), I have stenoed not one but two more chapters.  The blog is redundant today, I am all about over-achieving without the blog as a helpful lead-up to my productivity.

The photo is of the Ghostbusters car, spotted while getting drenched after meeting up with a friend at Canary Wharf.  I have even been socialising AND done two chapters.  A sugar-low is looming but I feel I made good use of the high.

As I’ve actually bothered to post-steno write this, I feel I should say that chapter 34 was about an amazing house I rented on the beach at Seasalter, near Whitstable, Kent, for six and a half amazing months one winter. A very enjoyable reminisce; so many fun, unusual and memorable things happened over the months spent there.

Chapter 35 was about my first pair of more-exciting-than-previous specs, my orange glittery Kirk Originals, the start of a sense of style, something I felt I was slow to develop.
